Deadly Game

I recently watched a film and television adaptation of the novel “Kaleidoscope of Death” written by Xi Zixu, called Deadly Game. This work is starred by Xia Zhiguang and Huang Junjie. I am very grateful to the two actors for their wonderful performances, and I am also very grateful to the director for restoring every scene.

I like one of the stories very much, which makes me feel deeply about love, that is, the human skin drum. The name is terrible, and the things that happened are also difficult to understand, but it also makes people have a deeper understanding of love. It tells the story of a pair of twin sisters who fell in love with a man at the same time, but the man liked the elder sister. The younger sister was jealous and killed the elder sister. She used witchcraft to peel off her own skin and made a drum, peeled off her sister’s skin and wore it on herself, cut off her sister’s legs to make a drumstick, and cast witchcraft to successfully turn into the elder sister’s appearance, thinking that the man would fall in love with herself, but loving a person is not about her skin, but her soul. The man finally committed suicide.

Good-looking skins are all the same, and interesting souls are one in a million. I hope everyone can find their own ideal person.
